Application:
- Food processing: Hydrolyzes dough protein into peptones, peptides & amino acids; reduces dough strength, improves plasticity & extensibility, maintains clear patterns.
- Pharmaceutical industry: Enhances anti-inflammatory, cholagogic, analgesic & digestive effects.
- Textile industry: Improves wool tensile strength & handfeel, reduces shrinkage; used for silk degumming & refining.
- Leather processing: Removes hair in tanning, produces clean & glossy leather.
- Feed industry: Boosts protein utilization, lowers feed cost when combined with amylase, cellulase & hemicellulase.
Store in dry and cool (below 25°C) area with ventilation. During transportation, avoid direct exposure to strong sunlight, rain and moisture. The enzymes will lose activity at high temperature or under strong sunlight. The enzyme activity can be maintained at least 85% when stored for 6 months. It is corrosive to skin and direct contacting with skin and eyes should be avoided.
