Application:
- Egg liquid: Removes glucose, prevents discoloration & deterioration
- Drinks & beer: Deoxidizes, avoids darkening, flavor loss & metal dissolution
- Foods: Eliminates glucose in milk, cereals, cocoa, coffee, shrimp & meat to prevent browning
- Bread processing: Enhances gluten network; replaces carcinogenic potassium bromate
- Intestinal health: Creates acidic & anaerobic environment, boosts beneficial bacteria
- Detoxification: Oxidizes and degrades some mycotoxins
Store in dry and cool (below 25°C) area with ventilation. During transportation, avoid direct exposure to strong sunlight, rain and moisture. The enzymes will lose activity at high temperature or under strong sunlight. The enzyme activity can be maintained at least 85% for 6 months when stored at room temperature.
