Application:
- Tofu production: Increases yield during soaking
- Instant tea: Improves extraction, retains color, aroma & nutrients, removes residues
- Fruit/vegetable & pollen drinks: Boosts juice yield, improves pressing & clarification
- Alcohol production: Converts cellulose to sugar for fermentation
- Soy sauce production: Hydrolyzes protein-coating cellulose, enhances proteolysis
- Detergents: Fluffs cotton fibers, removes gelatinous dirt
- Papermaking: Increases microfiber yield & water retention
- Feed industry: Degrades indigestible fiber, produces sugars & probiotics
Store in dry and cool (below 25°C) area with ventilation. During transportation, avoid direct exposure to strong sunlight, rain and moisture. The enzymes will lose activity at high temperature or under strong sunlight. The enzyme activity can be maintained at least 85% for 6 months when stored at room temperature.
